You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch your Splitifi billing plan at any time directly from your dashboard. Whether you’re adjusting based on your case stage, switching from monthly to annual, or scaling your professional usage, all plan changes are flexible and immediate.
How to Change Your Plan
- Log into your Splitifi dashboard.
- Click your profile icon and select Billing & Subscription.
- Choose Manage Plan to see your current tier and available upgrade/downgrade options.
- Select your preferred plan (monthly or annual) and click Update Plan.
- Your billing will be adjusted immediately, and your new plan features will activate within seconds.
What Happens When You Upgrade
- You gain instant access to any new features in your selected plan.
- The prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle is calculated automatically — no overcharging or double billing.
- Your next bill will reflect your new pricing structure.
What Happens When You Downgrade
- Your access to premium tools or storage limits may be reduced at the start of your next billing cycle.
- You’ll retain access to previously uploaded documents and case data, but may need to remove or archive files if they exceed new limits.
- You won’t lose your timeline, court history, or essential records — only access to tools above your new tier.
