Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and standards for using Splitifi’s services (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in activities that are unlawful, harmful, or violate the rights of others. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in illegal activities or promoting illegal acts.
• Transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

2. Security and Integrity

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Activities that compromise the security or integrity of the Services are prohibited, including:

• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the Services.

3. Respect for Others

Users must treat others with respect and refrain from abusive behavior. This includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or bullying other users.
• Discriminating against individuals based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics.
• Engaging in hate speech or promoting violence.

4. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services. Splitifi reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any user who violates this Policy.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violations of this Policy, please report them to trust@splitifi.io.

6. Modifications

Splitifi may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
