Your data inside Splitifi is protected by design. From the moment you create an account, everything you upload, track, or organize is encrypted, access-controlled, and yours to manage. We treat privacy not as a feature, but as a foundational right.
How Your Information Is Secured
- End-to-End Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. That means whether you’re uploading documents or logging private timeline events, your information is shielded from unauthorized access at every stage.
- Zero Sharing by Default: No one can view your data — not attorneys, not judges, not Splitifi staff — unless you explicitly grant access. You choose who sees what, and when. Your case materials remain private until you decide otherwise.
- Secure Hosting Environment: Splitifi is hosted in high-security cloud environments with active monitoring, SSL enforcement, and multi-layered security protocols across all accounts and file storage systems.
What Happens If I Invite an Attorney or Mediator?
When you add a professional to your case, you control their permissions. You can share your entire dashboard or limit visibility to specific documents or timelines. All shared access is logged and timestamped for your records. You can revoke access anytime with one click.
Can Splitifi Staff See My Case?
No. Our support and development teams do not have access to your case data. In the rare event that technical assistance is required, you must explicitly grant temporary support access — which is time-limited, logged, and fully auditable.
Does Splitifi Sell or Share My Data?
Never. Splitifi does not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties, ever. Our business is subscription-based, not ad-based. Your trust is more valuable than any marketing data.
You Own Your Case — Start to Finish
Whether you go through mediation, trial, or change legal representation halfway through, your case data stays with you. Nothing disappears. Nothing is locked behind someone else’s login. Splitifi is your digital command center — and that includes full control over who sees what.
