How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset securely.
Why didn't I receive a verification email?
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, request a new one from the login screen.
What should I do if documents aren't uploading?
Ensure your file size is under 50MB, file type is supported (PDF, JPG, PNG), and your internet connection is stable.
Can I undo something I deleted by mistake?
In most cases yes - use the Activity Log to restore deleted events or uploads within 7 days.
Why can't my attorney view what I shared?
They must log in using the email you invited and accept your case invitation. You can re-send access from your Case Settings
