If you no longer need access to Splitifi and want to delete your account, you can request permanent deletion through your dashboard. Deletion removes your personal login and disconnects your profile from any active or archived cases.
Before You Delete Your Account
- All case data associated with your account will become inaccessible to you.
- Shared cases remain intact: Other authorized participants in shared cases (such as attorneys or mediators) will retain their access if they’ve been granted permission independently.
- This action is irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be restored later — even if you reactivate the same email.
Steps to Request Deletion
- Log into your Splitifi dashboard.
- Click your profile icon and select Account Settings.
- Go to the Security & Privacy tab.
- Click Request Account Deletion at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm your request. You may be prompted to verify your identity via email or two-factor authentication.
What Happens Next
Our system processes deletion requests within 24–48 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the request is complete. If you have active billing, your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
Need to Pause Instead?
If you’re not sure about deleting but want to step away, you can deactivate your account temporarily. This preserves your data and timeline without giving anyone access or triggering notifications. Contact support to request a pause.
