How to Update Your Profile
- From your dashboard, click your name or profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
- On the Profile tab, update your name, phone number, or other contact details.
- Click Save Changes to finalize updates. These changes sync immediately across your dashboard and shared access points.
How to Change Your Email Address
- In the same Account Settings area, go to the Email & Login section.
- Enter your new email address and confirm it.
- For security, you may be asked to enter your current password.
- You’ll receive a verification email to confirm the change. Once confirmed, your new email becomes your login and contact ID.
What Happens When You Update Your Email
- Shared Access Remains Intact: Any professionals you’ve invited to view your case will retain access.
- History and Files Are Unaffected: None of your documents, notes, or timeline data will be lost or modified.
- Notifications Follow the Change: All future system alerts, motion notices, or account activity emails will be sent to your new address.
