Your Agreement with Splitifi as a Registered User
This User Agreement outlines the binding terms and conditions between you and Splitifi, governing your access to and use of the Splitifi platform. By registering for a user account, you consent to these terms and acknowledge the responsibilities and limitations associated with your access rights.

This User Agreement governs your access to Splitifi’s platform and services, including tools provided to litigants, attorneys, and judicial professionals.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Splitifi, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not accept all terms, do not use the platform. This Agreement may be updated periodically, with notices sent to registered users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Certain features are restricted based on user role (e.g., judge, attorney, self-represented litigant).
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All activity under your account is your responsibility unless otherwise reported.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is mandatory for account access.
4. Permitted Use
You may use Splitifi only for legal case management, communication, or analysis purposes directly tied to legitimate divorce or family law matters. You may not repurpose or copy platform materials, code, or content.
5. Data Accuracy
Users must submit truthful and complete information when using platform tools. Falsifying financial affidavits, document uploads, or communications may result in account termination or referral to authorities.
6. Platform Limitations
- Splitifi is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
- Platform suggestions and AI-generated insights are informational only.
- Use of the platform does not replace legal representation or court guidance.
7. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect abusive use, unauthorized access attempts, harassment, or behavior inconsistent with the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All Splitifi code, designs, branding, and modules remain the intellectual property of Splitifi, Inc. You may not reverse-engineer, distribute, or replicate any portion of the platform without written permission.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
