This Platform Use & Limitations policy describes the scope, permitted uses, and boundaries of the Splitifi platform. By accessing or using Splitifi, you agree to these limitations.
1. Nature of the Platform
Splitifi is a legal technology tool that helps individuals manage the divorce process more effectively through automation, data insights, and digital case management. It does not provide legal advice or create attorney-client relationships.
2. Permitted Use
- Personal or internal business use only, consistent with applicable laws.
- Use for managing, organizing, and communicating information related to divorce, family law, and case tracking.
- Access limited to registered and authorized users under valid accounts.
3. Limitations
- Splitifi does not represent you in court or provide legal opinions.
- Features and availability may change over time, especially during the beta phase.
- Platform performance may depend on external integrations (e.g., document uploads, financial APIs).
- System uptime is targeted at 99.5%, but interruptions may occur during maintenance or upgrades.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Use of Splitifi’s tools does not guarantee a particular legal, financial, or judicial outcome. Decisions made using platform data are the responsibility of the user and/or their legal representation.
5. Suspension of Access
Splitifi may suspend or restrict access to the platform for violations of our policies, system abuse, suspected fraud, or other risk-related concerns. In such cases, users will be notified where feasible.
6. Updates and Modifications
We may update platform capabilities, limitations, and terms without prior notice. Continued use after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
