If you’ve forgotten your password or simply want to update it, Splitifi makes it easy to reset your credentials securely. Your login protects sensitive documents, case history, and communication data — so every reset includes multiple security layers for your protection.
To Reset Your Password (Before Login)
- Go to the Splitifi Login page.
- Click “Forgot Password?” beneath the login fields.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- You’ll receive an email with a secure link to create a new password.
- Click the link, enter your new password, and confirm it to complete the reset.
To Change Your Password (While Logged In)
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select Account Settings.
- Under the Security tab, enter your current password and your new desired password.
- Click Save to confirm the change. Your session will remain active.
Password Tips for Case Security
- Use at least 12 characters, including upper and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
- Avoid using names, birthdates, or case-specific info.
- Change your password if you believe someone else accessed your account or if you shared a device.
