3. Professional Conduct Standards

Attorneys and other legal professionals using Splitifi must:

• Comply with all applicable professional conduct rules and ethics regulations
• Maintain client confidentiality and protect privileged communications
• Avoid conflicts of interest
• Provide competent representation
• Not engage in the unauthorized practice of law in jurisdictions where not licensed
• Maintain professional liability insurance as required
• Keep client funds separate from personal or business funds

3.2 For All Users

• Treat all users with respect and professionalism
• Communicate truthfully and honestly
• Respect confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information
• Follow court rules and legal procedures
• Avoid vexatious or frivolous use of legal processes

4. Data Usage and Privacy
